😀 What changed

The item sat only on the opening list; the same 🌡️ Overnight Standard section is now on the closing list too, right before General.
The label is the bold line in the app, so the fan rule is in the label itself; the note is plain text, so it uses ✅ ❌ instead of bold.
Item id unchanged, so history and open catches stay attached.

🚦 Proof

Fly app trc-agents release v56, deployed file carries the new text twice (opening + closing).
Mac floor server redeployed to the same main commit.
Tests: closing-laundry 26/26, photo-policy 45/45; night-report 58/60 with both failures pre-existing on main.
